BBC report rejected: Imran demands resign from govt. news agency officials

ISLAMABAD: While criticizing over BBC news pertaining to London flats was rejected by government news agency, Imran Khan has demanded the resignations of officials of those officials responsible.

Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Imran Khan chaired a meeting in Bani Gala, in which Panama case hearing in Supreme Court, BBC report regarding London flats and government reaction was mainly discussed.

Addressing the meeting, PTI Chairman Imran Khan said that BBC has refused to reject its report, after which government had to face further embarrassment. He demanded that those officials of government news agency responsible for releasing wrong news must immediately resign. Government had also lied earlier against ICIJ.

Imran Khan leveled allegation that Nawaz Sharif is using government institution as shield to hide his lies.
