Karachi (September 12, 2018):Â The Pakistan Stock Exchange was bearish on Wednesday.
The KSE-100 Index closed today at 40522.04 points as compared to 40759.53 points on the last working day with a negative change of 237.49 points.
The total turnover was 136,979,740 as compared to 139,508,420 on the last working day with Unity Foods Ltd having the highest turnover of 14,570,000.
Total 356 companies’ transacted shares in the Stock Market today (Wednesday), out of which 100 recorded gains and 237 sustained losses whereas the share price of 19 companies remained unchanged.
Khyber Textile recorded the maximum increase in its share price, which was 16.70 rupees while Nestle PakistanXD recorded maximum decrease that was 497.80 rupees.
