Karachi (February 02, 218): The Abbtakk News program “Benaqab” host Sayfan Khan has exposed the alleged irregularities in ministry for planning, Development and reforms, while Chief Economist Operation of the ministry Dr Ali Khan has filed petition against the appointment of 70-year old adviser development budget Asif Sheikh.
Abbtakk’s Daily show “Benaqab”, which is popular for its investigative approach has first time brought large scale irregularities being found in the ministry of planning and development and raised the questions over the appointment of the 70-year old person on a key post.

Talking to Benaqab Chief Economist Operations of the ministry, Dr Ali Khan told that he has challenged the appointment of Asif Sheikh, 70 years old, as adviser development budget and requested the court to take back all salaries and other privileges he has been enjoying since his appointment.
Dr Ali Khan also alleged, in his plea, that adviser development budget Asif Sheikh has created barriers on his way to perform officials duty as he has also indulged in illegal activities.
“Asif Sheikh has issued billion of rupees funds to several Members of National Assemblies on political basis and violating set rules and procedure,” he has accused in his petition.
