ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari lashed out at the government, declaring it “liar and hypocrite”.
Talking to media outside the accountability court after Asif Ali Zardari’s hearing, the PPP chairman said: “Government is putting opposition leaders in the jail on baseless charges.”
“Government has no proof against Asif Zardari,” Bilawal said and added that the PPP co-chairman will not compromise on his rules at any cost.
“We will support Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s freedom march. PPP will always take stand for the sake of democracy,” he said.
The PPP chairman refused to support any step that will cost harm to the nation.
“Imran Khan had vowed to give 10 million jobs in one year but instead getting jobs, millions of people lost their jobs during the first year of PTI government,” Bilawal Bhutto said.
“Government of cheaters has destroyed the economy in one-year,” he added.
“Nation knows that only PPP is capable to solve their issues,” the PPP chairman concluded.
