Skardu: Chairman of PPP Bilawal Bhutto has claimed that no other party besides his done nothing for people of Gilgit Baltistan.
Addressing a rally in Skardu in connection with the election campaign, Bilawal said that the PPP in its tenure gave rights to Gilgit Baltistan adding only PPP granted rights to the area and only we will give in future as well.
Bilawal said that his mother Benazir Bhutto laid foundation of the democracy in the Gilgit Baltistan and removed FCR from the area.
The PPP Chairman said that his father Asif Zardari gave provincial status to Gilgit Baltistan and its provincial assembly.
He said that he will not leave the area until your (PPP) government is formed in the area while he urged the people of Gilgit and Baltistan to give a clear mandate to the PPP in the upcoming elections.
