ISLAMABAD: The government has satisfied Balochistan National Party (BNP) Chief Akthar Mengal over the issue of the missing person in his meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan today.
BNP Chief Akhtar Mengal called on Prime Minister at the parliament house wherein the government accepted further demands of the BNP Chief.
The BNP Chief along with delegations deliberated upon the six-point agreement with the government.
Talking to media after the meeting, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Jehangir Tareen said that the government has agreed on a six-percent quota of Balochistan in employment opportunities in the federal government while it is also right of people of Balochistan to be given a Rs 10 billion development budget.
Jehangir Tareen said that a procedure has been sort out to settle difficulties face in the last ten months so that the implementation on agreed points between two parties could be ensured.
He also told the media a procedure has also been set to avoid differences between the two allied parties in the future while progress will be made on the issue of the missing person soon.
