KHAIRPUR: Khairpur police on Monday morning found dead bodies of three members of a family at a home in Khairpur.
According to police, all three were brutally murdered with a sharp dagger.
The killed include mother-in-law, daughter-in-law, and grandchild, police said.
Found dead bodies have been shifted to Civil Hospital for post mortem, police added.
