Govt Removes Custom Duty From Cancer Medicines in Budget

Islamabad (April 27, 2018): 37 billion rupees are allocated for the basic health services. whereas the custom duty on the medicines of cancer has been proposed.

While presenting the fiscal budget Federal finance minister Miftah Ismail said that the growth rate in the current year, which is the best in last thirteen years. today we are world’s 24th biggest economy. Ismail further said that we maintained the inflation rate less than five percent in five years.

He said that the 37 billion rupees have been allocated for the basic health facilities in the country. while  removing custom duty on cancer medicines has also been proposed.
