Burhan Wani’s martyrdom: 100-day of continuous brutalities of Indian forces in Kashmir

SRINAGAR: Indian forces have turned the whole Occupied-Kashmir into a military cantonment, as 100 days have passed of its continued oppression and brutalities since the martyrdom of charismatic freedom fighter commander Burhan Wani.

During the 100 days since the martyrdom of Wani, the Indian occupation forces had killed around 150 Kashmirs and injured more than 15 thousands.

More than 400 Kashmirs have lost their eyesight fully or partially in the excessive and unbridled use of pellet guns against innocent Kashmiris by the Indian forces.

Around one thousand people suffered from eye injuries, which has also rendered many people completely or partially blind.

The Hurriyat leaders are braving continuous detention in inhuman environment at different jails, where they are not even being provided treatment facilities. They are tortured and kept in solitary confinement, due to which health condition of JKLF chief Yasin Malik has deteriorated in recent days.

In Kashmir, curfew was in place and shops, markets, schools and officer were closed and people are facing starvation like situation due to shortages of essential food items and medicines.
