KARACHI: The business community of Karachi has rejected extension in the smart lockdown and they have announced to open all the shops.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Sindh government has announced to implement the second phase of the smart lockdown from today.
In the second phase of the smart lockdown in Karachi, it has been imposed in six union councils of the metropolis.
The smart lockdown has been imposed in the six UCs of the district west which included Gaddap, Kemari, Baldiya, Site and Orangi.
As per the notification issued regarding the second phase of the smart lockdown, it will be applicable until July 17.
On the other hand duration of the first phase of smart lockdown ended in Karachi’s 39 union councils.
