Pakistan Afghan Security Forces agreed to ceasefire at Torkham Border, after which white flags were hoisted from both sides.
Pakistan and Afghanistan announced to ceasefire and hoisted white flags, while Pakistan again started construction of gate within its borders. There is a restriction to go beyond Machni Check post, while curfew has been imposed around Torkham border; hence the diplomatic efforts have been accelerated to resolve the matter.
Earlier, Afghan security forces shot fires indiscriminately over construction of gate at Torkham Border, while Pakistan also retaliated Afghan forces firing, but Pakistani Forces had to bear damage of martyrdom of Major Ali Jawad Changezi.
