Chairman NAB vows to root-out corruption from country

KARACHI: Chairman NAB Qamar Zaman Chaudhary has vowed to root-out corruption from the whole country.

Chairman NAB visited NAB office Karachi, during which he was briefed over details of references and NAB cases in Karachi, which also included Dr. Asim case. Addressing the NAB officers in Karachi, Chairman NAB directed to accelerate operation against corruption, while on this eve he also praised the performance of National Accountability Bureau Karachi office.

Qamar Zaman Chaudhary also directed NAB lawyers to take effective measures for under hearing cases. He directed NAB fisheries to gather solid and effective evidences over corruption complaints in Sindh Building Control Authority.

According to sources, investigation report regarding corruption in Sindh Board of Revenue and KDA was also presented to Chairman NAB. On this eve Director General NAB Sindh Siraj Naeem told that more than one billion and 30 crore rupees have been recovered during this year.
