Champions Trophy: Warm-up Matches to begin from Tomorrow

London (May 25, 2017): Champions Trophy warm-up matches will begin from tomorrow, while according to the warm-up matches schedule, Australia and Sri Lannka will play first warm-up match in Oval Ground and Pakistan will play against Bangladesh in Birmingham on Saturday.

Eight-nation ICC Champions Trophy Cricket tournament will be played from June 1 to 18, during which the participating teams will make preparations for the mega event. First Warm-up match is scheduled between Australia and Sri Lanka in Oval Ground on tomorrow. Pakistan will review its preparations through its match against Bangladesh on June 27 in Birmingham, whereas India and New Zealand will play third warm-up match on May 28 in Oval ground.

Pakistan will play its second warm-up match against Australia on May 29, Monday. New Zealand will face Sri Lanka in Birmingham on May 30, Tuesday and India and Bangladesh will play in Oval Ground on the same day.

The schedule will provide opportunities to all teams to play two warm-up matches each in five days, while the host England and South Africa will play three-day ODI series from today.
