Lahore (May 20, 2017): Federal Minister for Railways Khwaja Saad Rafique on Saturday said that change did not come through leveling baseless allegations rather through serving people.
Addressing a ceremony in Lahore, Saad said that despite all conspiracies the government completed its four years, adding that it will complete the remaining one year too.

Taking a jibe at PTI chief Imran Khan, the PML-N leader said that change did not come through long speeches loaded with lies rather serving people in sleepless nights.
The minister while enumerating the achievements of the PML-N government said that they conceived and executed Pakistan-China Economic Corridor project and restore peace in Karachi. He added that they would change the destiny of the nation.
Rafique posed a question to opponents saying that if they were so bad then why people were voting for them.
Challenging the opponents, Saad Rafique said that the PML-N government would keep constructing roads and put Railways on track no matter how much the opponents used muscle to oust the government.
He added that the government was completing pro-people projects.
