ISLAMABAD: Amid recent allegations directed at Chinese nationals, China on Friday assured that it is ready to support Pakistan in taking action against its nationals accused of trafficking women.
In a recent statement issued by Chinese Embassy, the country affirmed that it will assist crackdown action against the accused Chinese ‘according to Pakistani law’.
Moreover, China’s Ministry of Public Security has sent its Task Force to cooperate with Pakistani officials.
The Chinese Embassy has said it will cooperate Pakistan on this matter to ensure ‘citizens of both countries stay protected’.
“No one will be allowed to carry out crime in name of cross-border marriages. These women [trafickked Pakistani women] will not be forced to do any immoral deed. News reports of smuggling of body parts of these women are also fake”, the issued statement read.
