Karachi (October 09, 2017): Karachi City Court on Monday concluded the hearings in the Javaria Torture Case and reserved its judgement.
According to details, Court concluded hearings in the Javaria Torture Case and reserved its judgement. City Court admitted Fatima’s plea against Javaria Torture Case.
City Court said that there was no doubt that a criminal offense had been committed in the case of the torture of minor Javaria.
Javaria’s lawyer, Khair Muhammad Khatak said that we are aware of the fact that the investigation of the case has been committed. All medical reports that has been submitted in the court, confirmed that criminal offensive had been committed by the suspects.
He said minor girl was tortured, beaten and was not once allowed to visit her family.
