ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Asif Saeed Khosa has constituted a larger bench to define the terrorism here on Wednesday.
As per details, Justice Khosa has constituted a seven members larger bench which will determine the exact definition of the word ‘Terrorism’.
The larger bench will be headed by CJP Justice Khosa himself.
It has not been determined since 1997 that which case comes in the ambit of terrorism, the chief justice said adding that the bench has been constituted to determine the actual meanings of the term terrorism.
It will also be decided today that the fake testimonies will be accepted or not, the top judge concluded.
