Lahore (January 04, 2018): Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar has taken suo moto notice on conditions of government hospitals in Lahore.
Notices have been issued to all the medical superintendents of nineteen government hospitals of the provincial capital to appear in person on Saturday in the Supreme Court’s Lahore Registry.

They have been asked to present detailed reports as to availability of emergency machinery and equipment, life saving drugs and the medicines being provided to the patients free of cost and the medicines which they have to purchase from outside.
