CM Punjab addresses Dolphin Force first squad passing out parade

LAHORE: First squad of Dolphin Force has been prepared to eliminate street crimes in Lahore, while Dolphin Force personnel riding on most modern motorcycles will liberate Lahore from criminal elements.

Dolphin Force first squad passing out parade was held in Chohang Police training Centre, in which 688 personnel passed out. While addressing the ceremony as cheif guest, CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif said that the day is a milestone in the history of Punjab police. He thanked Turkish President for cooperation in training Dolphin Force. He said that people have many expectations with the Dolphin Force, due to which the streets of city will be crime-free. He was optimistic that the force will get a higher place among people through its performance. CM Punjab said that all young men were recruited on merit and soon the force will be extended across the province.

Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah and IG Punjab including Provincial Ministers and senior officials attended the passing out ceremony. Dolphin Force also demonstrated its practical training during passing out parade. The force has 300 most modern motorcycles, while two riders will use one motorcycle and a group of two motorcycles will patrol in main roads and streets. Dolphin Force head office will be on Walton Raod, while a sub-office will be established in every police division.
