ISLAMABAD: Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad on Monday.
They exchanged views on matters of mutual interest. while the premier also expressed his anger over increasing privileges and salaries of members of Punjab assemblies, ministers and chief minister.
Prime Minister Imran Khan directed to Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar to withdraw the provincial government decision regarding raising salaries and perks and privileges.
The Chief Minister also briefed the PM over the political situation in the province while he also took the PM into confidence over development projects and security situation of the province.
The meeting also deliberated upon the performance of the cabinet. Sources said that the duo also considered Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) demands regarding Nawaz Sharif health.
