LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar has ordered to take every possible measure bringing stability in the prices of roti.
Chief Minister Punjab taking notice of a rise in the prices of roti said that he will not allow raising prices of roti and ordered to the cabinet committee to take action against who increases the prices of roti.
The CM said that the administration should ensure the sale of roti on the fixed rates while the government will ensure the provision of roti on fixed prices set by the government.
He said that those who will raise the prices of roti will face action.
It is pertinent to mention here that yesterday Muttahida Nan and Roti Association had set the prices of nan weighing 100 gms at Rs 8 and 15 Rs for nan weighing 120 gm.
