CM Punjab Visits Field Hospital Established At Lahore Export Center

LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar has said that his team has prepared a field hospital comprising 1000-beds in a record period with day and night tireless efforts.

The CM Punjab visited the field 1000-bed hospital at the Expo Center Lahore and inspected and reviewed all the treatment facilities provided to the patients of the coronavirus.

Usman Buzdar talking at the occasion said that the 1000-bed hospital has established with the joint efforts of provincial health department, district administration and the rescue 1122

He informed that all the necessary facilities have been provided at the hospital while arrangements have also been made to provide food three times a day while the patients will be placed in the isolation in this hospital.

The CM said that the government has all its attention on others hospitals as well while a funds of 600.2 million have been released for the diagnostic laboratories while these eight diagnostic laboratories will add testing facility of the coronavirus.

He said that Raiwand has been declared quarantined after cases of the coronaviurs surfaced.

Usman Buzdar also informed that Chief Minister Insaf Aid Program has been started from today to provide relief to daily wagers.

He also said that funds worth of Rs 800. 7 million have been released to help as many as 170,000 households deserving families of Zakat.
