 CM Sindh Criticizes Federal Govt Over Non-Serious Attitude

KARACHI: Sindh Assembly (SA) on Tuesday (today) saw heated debate among treasury and opposition benches over delay in much awaited K-4 project meant for supply of water to the metropolis.

Taking part in the discussion, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah lamented on the federal government and said “it looks country will drown in era of this type of the government.”

Earlier, the opposition raised the questions over delay and increase of expenditure on the K-4 project as Sindh Assembly session commenced in chair of Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani.

Responding on the opposition questions the CM Murad Ali Shah alleged that the federal government was not working on its work.

Lamenting on the establishment the CM roared that they hanged one of our leaders (Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto) and now let execute us as well.

He said that “I see the country is drowning” and urged the federal government “to end game to hang someone and kill someone.”

The CM Sindh informed the house that he wrote three letters to the federal government regarding the Karachi Circular Railway (KCR) but did not get any response.
