Committee Formed to Extend Retirement Age for Three Years

ISLAMABAD: The Prime Minister Imran Khan has formed a committee to deliberate to add more three years in the retirement age.

The former governor State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Dr Ishrat Hussain will head the committee, the notification issued by the PM house.

“The committee will deliberate over the extension of retirement age from 60 to 63,” the notification said.

“The other members of the committee are secretaries of defence, finance and establishment,” the notification stated.
