Web Desk (November 09, 2017): Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Opposition Leader in the National Assembly and other political leaders have strongly condemned Quetta suicide attack wherein senior police officer AIG Hamid Shakeel among three was martyred.
The Prime Minister in a statement issued here expressed his grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of AIG Hamid Shakeel and two other policemen in Quetta suicide attack.
The Prime Minister expressed sympathies with the relatives of the martyred police officers and personnel. He said that the sacrifices of the police officers in the ongoing war against terrorism would not go in vain.
Oppostion Leader Khursheed Shah also condemned the Quetta attack. He called for joining hands to eradicate terrorism from the country.
He added that handful terrorists were agents of enemies.
Former President Asif Ali Zardari has also condemned the attack and expressed sympathies with the family the martyred police officer and personnel.
PTI chief Imran Khan also expressed grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of AIG Hamid Shakeel and his jawans in the attack.
He added that the attack was a worst example of attempt to create disorder and chaos in the country.
