Islamabad (May 04, 2018): Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Mian Saqib Nisar on Friday said that constitutional formalities should be kept adhesive before foreign investment as China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will help to increase foreign investment in the country.
Addressing judicial conference in Islamabad, chief justice said that being the CJP, he was trying provide quick and cheap justice.
“Reforms for quick and cheap justice are my priority,” he said and added justice has a very important role in the prosperity of the nation.
“Justice plays vital role in prosperity of the nation and immediate dispensation of justice dire need of time,” he said.
Justice Saqib Nisar said that the direct foreign investment in Pakistan will increase with China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project, adding that the landmark project is a project of social and economic development between Pakistan and China.
He mentioned that modernized judicial system was unavoidable to overcome coordinated heinous cyber crimes and money laundering.
