KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday rejected an appeal to death sentence to nine accused in a case related to attack on Corps Commander Karachi.
According to details, the court has acquitted two accused and upheld death sentences of nine convicts.
It is to be mentioned here that on June 11, 2004, terrorists of banned outfit attacked a convoy of patrolling Corps Commander near Karachi’s Clifton Bridge.
Ten people, including six army personnel and three policemen, were killed in the terrorists attack.
