LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has said that works on energy and infrastructure projects with the cooperation of China in Punjab and other provinces are underway day and night and the country will find its destination-lost soon.
He said this during while talking to elected representatives from various areas of the province who called on him here.
There is no match to PMLN government’s such speedy chalking out strategy for the early completion of projects in the country and Lahore Orange Line project is China’s gift for the people of Pakistan, he said. Despite rumours China has inked a new history by releasing funds for this project but a handful elite is pained over this grand public welfare project. The elite class does not want poors to access to world class metro train with dignity, he added.
