ISLAMABAD: Maryam Nawaz Sharif on Saturday said that the previous week was the worst ever in the past 17 years.
Maryam Nawaz took to Twitter and lambasted Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) led government for its failed economic policies.
She wrote on her timeline; “Records are tumbling like never before but unfortunately for all the wrong reasons.”
“Last week was the worst for the stock market in 17 years,” she added.
“Add the battering in the currency market where rupee lost 10 rupees & you would know what an economic meltdown is,” she concluded.
