KARACHI: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) claimed to have arrested two target killers belonging to MQM-London group in Karachi.
CTD official said that the suspects Aqib Golden and Aamir Bhaya, were wanted to the police in many heinous crimes including land grabbing, target killings and selling of weapons.
Further investigation was underway from the arrested shooters.
Earlier, a suspected target killer affiliated with Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM)-London had been arrested in the city by law enforcement agencies on March 7.
A joint operation was conducted by Rangers and police in Karachi on intelligence report and arrested Ghufran Ahmed who was the member of MQM-London’s Saleem Belgium’s target killing team.
