The judge of Custom Court of Rawalpindi, Rana Aftab Ahmed accepted the immunity request in Currency Smuggling case which was filed by the lawyer of Ayyan Ali’s Latif Khosa pertaining that his client could not arrive from Karachi to Islamabad at given date therefore her immunity request for a day should be accepted.
While accepting the request of immunity of Ayyan Ali, the court has adjourned the hearing till May 26 while the discussion over her permanent immunity delayed due to some engagements of Custom’s Special Prosecutor Amin Feroz and it will be discussed on next hearing.
