MANCHESTER: India won the toss and opted to bat first against the West Indies in the 34th match of the ICC World Cup 2019 at the Old Trafford in Manchester.
After successfully defended a below-par score against Afghanistan on Saturday, India will hope to maintain their winning streak when they take on Jason Holder’s side.
Meanwhile West Indies, with mathematical permutations still giving them an outside chance for a semi-final berth, will aim to pull off a complete performance against an in-form Indian side.
