Daniyal Aziz torture case: Court reserves judgment for May 18

ISLAMABAD (May 8, 2017): A court reserved the decision over a case seeking order for police to register the case against the leader of the ruling PML N Dainyal Aziz for allegedly torturing the Manager of Gun and Country Club here.

A case against ruling PMLN leader Daniyal Aziz for allegedly torturing the manager Gun & Country Club was brought before the Additional Session Judge Zeba Chaudhary for hearing here.

According to the details, the manager of the said Club Yasir Javed blamed that he was made the butt of torture by the ruling party Daniyal Aziz.

Yasir Javed told the court that he has already submitted a request to the Aabpara Police for the registration of the case against Daniyal Aziz over the torture but the police has not registered the case against him yet.

Yasir Javed asked the court to order police to register the case.

After listening to the complainant the court reserved the judgment which it will announce on May 18.
