KARACHI: Darren Sammy, the skipper of Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise, Peshawar Zalmi has arrived in Pakistan to take part in the upcoming edition.
Darren Sammy arrived in Karachi airport last night and while talking to the media, he said: “I am happy to arrive in Pakistan, ready and excited to play in PSL,”.
Peshawar Zalmi was the runner-up of the 2019 edition where they lost to Quetta Gladiators in Karachi.
It must be noted that Sammy is the first foreign player to arrive in Pakistan. Peshawar Zalmi will start their PSL 5 campaign against the most followed franchise, Karachi Kings on February 21 at National Stadium in Karachi.
