GHOTKI: A died body was shifted to the hospital via truck when hospital authorities asked to pay for petrol of ambulance in Ghotki on Thursday.
According to details, a truck struck into high voltage wires, resultantly the truck cleaner lost his life. The body was shifted to hospital and then transferred to the bereaved family via truck. The inspection of the body was also conducted on truck.
We offered the bereaved family to shift the body via ambulance but they took it on truck, duty doctor said.
Hospital management allegedly asked the family to pay for the petrol price of the ambulance.
