ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice-President Maryam Nawaz on Wednesday said that the country’s conditions will continue to decline unless this ‘Fake’ government is assuming the offices.
Talking to media after All-Parties Conference (APC) she said that the changing of Chairman Senate will not solve the crisis but will definitely shake the ‘Fake’ government.
Maryam warned the government to refrain from pushing the country’s conditions towards the point of no return.
She said, “The currency is on a constant decline and rupee’s value has been drastically going down by Rs5 to 6 per one USD in a day.”
“Pakistan’s national debt has seen an increase of $14 billion in the month of June,” she added.
“The people are being oppressed on a daily basis due to the expected budget and their livelihood has been messed up by increasing inflation,” she further said.
“On the other hand, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) led federal government has suspended the provision of free medicines to the hospitals and the masses are anxious about paying school fees and managing healthcare at the same time,” she insisted.
“We have no need to topple this government this will fall itself due to its failed economic policies,” she warned.
Responding to the question on differences between her and Hamza she said, “There aren’t any differences between us.”
“Entire party has trust over the leadership of Nawaz and Shahbaz and can differ from the decisions in a democratic party but in the end, we have to stand with those decisions despite disagreements,” she concluded.
