Karachi: The devaluation of Pakistani rupee against the US dollar continued today (Monday) first day of the new week as an uptick of Rs 4. 40 reported in it in the open market.
After the raise of Rs 4.40 dollar closed at Rs 245, 40 in open market. The dollar had closed on Rs 241 on Friday, last day of the previous week.

On the other hand the dollar appreciation continued in the inter-bank market as well Rs 1.7 increased in it and it was closed at Rs 237. 91.
