Dominica Test,Lunch Break:Battle continues between Pak and Hosts

Dominica (May 14, 2017): West Indies scored 73/4 till the lunch break in last day of last and decisive Test match between Pakistan and West Indies, while West Indian team still needed 231 runs to cross 304 runs target set by Pakistan, while there are stil 64 overs remaining for today’s match.

Pakistan scored 376 runs in first innings, in reply West Indian team was all out at 247 runs and Pakistan had a lead of 129 runs. In the second innings, Pakistan scored 174 runs with the loss of eight wickets and declared the innings, setting a target of 304 runs for West Indies to win.

West Indian batsmen could not perform well, as Craig returned to pavilion at 6 runs, Keran Powel at 4, Shimron on 25, Shaihop at 17 runs, while Rostin were still on the crease with Vishal Singh. Yasir Shah from Pakistan took two wickets in second innings, while Mohammed Amir and Hassan Ali took one wicket each. It must be pertinent to mention that the three Test matches series is draw with 1-1.
