ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister adviser on Finance Dr Abul Hafeez Shiekh has directed the best use of the relief package.
Dr Hafeez Shiekh presided a meeting of implementation of financial relief package wherein Rs 1200 billion allocated to control economy from the impact of the coronavirus was discussed.
The participants of the meeting were briefed that traders and industrialists have been provided with Rs 100 billion while an amount of Rs 200 billion has been allocated to daily wagers and labourers.
The government package has also been announced for various fields including construction.
It was also told in the briefing that a subsidiary of Rs 30 billion have been given for the Naya Pakistan Housing Society while tha construction sector will start working formally after April 14.
Dr Hafeez Shiekh instructed official concerned to make sure the best use of the relief package.
