LONDON: The United Kingdom Home Office commended anti-terrorism operations conducted by Pakistan Army brought significant improvement in overall security situation across Pakistan.
A report released by UK Home Department consisted its assessment based on media and various country reports to compare security analysis from 2014-17.
The report declared that operations carried out by Pakistan Armed Forces were ‘successful’ while dramatic improvement was witnessed in peace situation in Karachi, the economic hub of Pakistan, since 2014.
It was also stated that betterment in security situation of Karachi gave impact to other parts of the country as well following major reduction in violence cases.
