Sixty-four suspects were arrested during search operation by law enforcement agencies in various areas of Dunyapur and Hafizabad.
According to details details seven suspects were arrested during search operation jointly conducted by Police Elite Force and sensitive agencies in Faridabad area of Dunyapur. According to DPO Asad Sarfraz Khan over 22 houses were searched while bio-metric verification of the particulars of 46 people was also done during the operation.
Meanwhile 57 suspects were arrested during a combing operation conducted jointly by police, army, Counter Terrorism Department, and other sensitive agencies throughout Hafizabad district including Hfizabad City, Jalalpur Bhattian, Sukheki. During the intelligence-based operation cases were also registered against 16 Afghan nationals for the violation of Foreign Act. Huge arms cache including G3, SM, 12-bore rifle, pistol, and live bullets were recovered during the operation over which 20 cases were registered.
