Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab has said that work has started on 13 special economic zones and industrial estates in a short time of two years as the project proved to be a game changer for keeping flow of the economy.
In his statement he said that former rulers in the 73 years history of Pakistan only preferred their own personal interests while PTI government introduced such reforms in the industrial sector within two years which former acrobat rulers would not have done in 70 years.
The CM Punjab said that Allama Iqbal Industrial city has been established on a land of more than 3000 acres while the project will create 300000 lakh jobs directly.
Usman Buzdar said that he is bringing international companies to Pakistan and for their felicitation one window system has been established in the industrial estates.
He informed that the industrial city has a capacity to establish more than 550 industrial units through which as many as one million jobs will be created in the respective fields
He said that the Punjab government economic reforms will pave the way for economic restoration in the wake of Covid 19 while economic development of Punjab will revolutionaize whole of region including Pakistan.
