Islamabad(May 08, 2017): Imran Khan’s counsel on Wednesday presented the copy of Islamabad High Court’s order restraining  Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) from taking action against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI chief Imran Khan in code of conduct violation case in ECP.

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) heard the code of conduct violation case against PTI chief Imran Khan and PML-N MNA Hamza Shahbaz Sharif.

PTI chief counsel submitted that the IHC had restrained the ECP from taking any action against his client in the code violation case. He presented the copy of IHC order in the commission.

Later, the ECP adjourned further hearing of case till June 13, 2017.
