Islamabad (June 21, 2017): An important meeting of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) over delimitation of constituencies will be held here today.
The meeting presided over by Chief Election Commissioner Justice (Retd) Sardar Raza Khan would be briefed by Chief Commissioner Census Asif Bajwa.

The meeting will be attended among other all the four provincial members, senior officials of the Commission and officers of Statistics Division.
A per the directives of CEC, Chief Statistician Asif Bajwa would brief the meeting about the available data required by the commission of fresh delimitation of constituencies and relevant statistics.
After the compilation of the recently concluded census, the ECP will start the exercise of fresh delimitation of National Assembly and provincial assemblies’ constituencies delimitation across the country.
