Islamabad (June 06, 2018): After failure by the political leadership the issue of appointment of caretaker chief ministers of Punjab and Balochistan in now in hands of Election Commission as ECP directed both provinces to send credentials of the nominee for the slot.
In a letter to chief secretaries of Punjab and Balochistan, ECP directed them to immediately send the details of education and skill of all nominees for the caretaker chief minister post. ECP also summoned details of Commissioners, DPOs and RPSO form both provinces.
Provinces were also directed to send CVs of all nominees.
ECP has summoned meeting tomorrow, Thursday, in this connection as ECP will announce the caretaker CM within two days.
