KARACHI: Supreme court Karachi registry has ordered Sindh Chief Secretary to submit detailed reply to provide project details regarding foreign funding in Education and Planning employees permanent case.
During the hearing, Justice Faisal Arab remarked that the job of institutions is being done by project directors, while Justice Gulzar Ahmed said that projects are being operated on foreign funding. One man appointed as project director is being awarded after ignoring the institutions.
Justice Maqbool Baqir remarked that employees are appointed on contract basis. The court ordered Sindh Chief Secretary to submit detailed reply to provide project details regarding foreign funding in Education and Planning employees permanent case.
Supreme court stated that a parallel government cannot be run and it must be told what was achieved from those projects, why were those projects launched. The court adjourned the case until Friday.
