Ex-Premier Daughter Didn’t Have Any Fear of Any Notice: Maryam Aurangzaib

ISLAMABAD: Maryam Aurangzaib continuing diatribe against Imran Khan has said that Prime Minister has sent a NAB notice to Maryam Nawaz as the alleged video of Accountability Court Judge has found to be true.

Reacting over the AC summons to Maryam Nawaz in the avanfield reference, Maryam Aurangzaib, spokeswoman for Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) said that daughter of ex-premier didn’t have any fear against any threat while she accused that Prime Minister Imran has conducted forensic audit of the video and it seems that it found to be real so he has issued the NAB notice to Maryam Nawaz.

She said that one should know that the Islamabad High Court (IHC) had suspended the sentence in the avanfield reference against Maryam Nawaz.

Maryam Aurangzaib said that Imran Khan has confirmed by sending the NAB notice to Maryam Nawaz his pressure on Judge.

With the issuance of notice to Maryam Nawaz the NAB has insulted the IHC, she said.

She asked why the NAB is not served the notices to the sister of Imran Khan Aleema Baji and KP government over the Peshawar BRT.

It is pertinent to mention here that  Accountability Court (AC) of Lahore has summoned Maryam Nawaz on July 19 over submitting a fake trust deed in the avanfield reference after National Accountability Bureau (NAB) filed a petition in the court for a trial over submission of the fake documents.

The AC Lahore has issued a summon notice to Maryam Nawaz to appear before the court on July 19 over submitting the fake documents in the avanfield reference.

The AC Judge Muhammad Bashir has issued notice the summon notice.

The NAB petition filed in the AC Lahore said that the trust deed submitted by the Maryam Nawaz in the avanfield reference found to be fake adding that Maryam Nawaz misled the court insisting action against her as per the law.

The NAB said that the Supreme Court had said that separate action can be taken over submission of the fake documents.

As per the NAB Maryam Nawaz committed a crime under the NAB section 3A by presenting the fake trust deed according to which she could be awarded five years of prison.
