KARACHI (May 18, 2017): An explosion ruptured 22 inches diameter gas pipe line in the wee hours of Thursday near Hub Canal in Manghopir area.
According to the details, unidentified miscreants ruptured the gas pipeline by a time device. Police sources said that 500 to 600 explosive material was used in the blast. Officials of the gas company disconnected the gas supply after the blast .
Gas supply was suspended to Manghopir, Banaras Colony and other areas due to the explosion. Repair work is expected to be completed soon.
