ISLAMABAD: The accused officers of Sindh Bank arrested in fake bank accounts have been produced before the accountability court seeking their physical remand, however, one of the accused Nadeem Altaf requested for peal bargain.
The accountability court has rejected the NAB request for an extension in physical remand of Bilal Sheikh and Tariq Ahsan and sent them on judicial remand.
On the other hand, one of the accused, Nadeem Altaf agreed to file a request for peal bargain. NAB prosecutor told the court that Nadeem Altaf has submitted the plea bargain request and it is under process.
On the NAB request court has extended the physical remand of Nadeem Altaf till August 16.
