KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Farooq Sattar wrote letters to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah seeking adequate security measures for party’s temporary office at his residence.
Farooq Sattar said in the letter that he established a temporary office at his residence as the party’s office “90” was sealed. He demanded to beef up police security and deploy Rangers personnel at the office to avoid any mishap. MQM leader said that security measures could protect people, party leaders and activists form threats.
The letter was also posted to Sindh home ministry, Sindh chief secretary, IG Sindh and others.
